Add Your Voice to the 2025 Chapter Benchmark Study!

The 2025 Association Chapter Benchmarking Survey is now live, and we want your input. It just takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Sponsored by re:Members and Mariner Marketing & Management.

If you work in chapters, then you know there is no simple one-way path to success. That’s why we’re asking chapter leaders like you to help uncover what’s working (and what’s not). The 2025 Association Chapter Benchmarking Study is here to find these answers.

Preparation is key, but the convenience of knowing what to expect is also handy. That’s why we have a guide available to download, allowing you and your team to prepare your answers in advance.

Why it’s Important

The Chapter Benchmark Survey is the only industry study focused specifically on components, chapters, SIGs, and other subgroups.

Our goal is to give association leaders a clear look at how chapter practices are evolving: what’s working, what’s changing, and what challenges or opportunities come with bringing members together locally. We’re focused on providing real, actionable insights to help guide what’s next for member communities. Hence why:

Your Voice Matters

Whether or not your chapter is thriving or struggling, your involvement matters. This study will showcase a baseline of how other chapters are performing, troubles they may be facing, or practices they have found to drive the most success.

There are no wrong answers seeing as there are different strategies being used all across the board.

Access the Full Benchmark Report—Just for Participating

To show our appreciation for your participation, all survey participants will receive a full copy of the report allowing you to see the full range of insights from the chapter community. Plus, after completion, you’ll have the opportunity to engage your chapter leaders in a personalized follow-up survey.

Please complete the survey by July 29, to allow us to deliver timely results. If you’d like to begin the survey now and finish at a later date, send us an email and we’ll get a link to you that you can save and revisit at any time.

*Note: Responses are confidential and will be handled by our research partners at Whorton Research.
