Session 1

re:Evaluate Your Current Chapter Structure

October 22, 2025

1:00 - 2:00 PM ET

Are you feeling pain points in your chapter network? Do you feel like there is more negative than positive? Have your volunteers been complaining – a lot? Then it’s time for an evaluation of your chapters and whether or not the structure you have in place works in today’s fast-moving environment.

In this interactive session, Cecilia Sepp, CAE, ACNP, LPEC, will review the major areas that can elevate chapter performance – or make it a train wreck if it’s not working.

Session 2

re:Make Your Chapters

October 29, 2025

1:00 - 2:00 PM ET

The world we live in today is not the world that gave birth to chapters. Your structure may be from another century and that is why you see challenges in working with your local leaders.

If you want to remake your chapter system into a modern 21st century system, this interactive session will walk you through the questions to ask, how to build buy in and consensus, and how to plan your move to a modern system that provides valuable engagement for your members.

Cecilia Sepp, CAE, ACNP, LPEC, will outline the following:

  • Pain Points – when to pay attention to the need for change
  • Resource Allocation – put your time and money where it has the most impact
  • Culture Refresh – how groups can create a new way of doing things.

Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Your chapters rely on you for advice and support. This session will give you guidance on how to lead the change for your chapters.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Understand what is working and what is not in your current system
  2. Use the concept of purposeful abandonment in creating a new structure
  3. Build community through shared decision making about what chapters need and want

Each session is worth 1 CAE credit.
