Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

I’m based in the Chicago area and love exploring the city’s neighborhoods, especially when there’s great coffee or live music involved. I like to stay on top of new tech trends, and I find myself as an early adopter for new technologies. I’m always tinkering with new AI tools or adding automations to my daily life to save time. Travel is another favorite; I like planning trips where I can blend good food, history, and a little adventure.

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

I step away, get some fresh air, and let nature reset my perspective. A walk outside or even a few minutes of daylight helps me see the bigger picture, and I come back to my work with a clearer mind and a much better mood.

What do you enjoy most about working at re:Members? What makes it a special place for you?

What I enjoy the most working at re:Members is the mix of mission and momentum.

We’re building something that directly helps associations serve their members better, and everyone here genuinely cares about that impact. The culture encourages experimentation and innovation, so it feels like we’re shaping the future together, not just maintaining the present.

What do you find most rewarding about working with re:Members clients? How does their missions inspire you?

Our clients represent such a wide range of causes—education, healthcare, professional development—and they’re all committed to improving their communities. Seeing how they use our platform to grow membership and drive change is inspiring. Helping them succeed means we’re indirectly supporting all of those missions, and that’s incredibly rewarding.

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

I’m especially excited about how re:Members AMS natively leverages Microsoft Power Automate for approvals and workflows and Power BI for analytics. Unlike many competitors that tie automation exclusively to custom development, we give associations a broad, low-code automation and reporting surface without forcing a large investment. It’s a flexible, cost-effective way for clients to innovate quickly.

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

“Clarity builds trust.” Whether it’s a complex support case or a new implementation, clear communication and transparent expectations make everything else possible. If we stay clear and honest, solutions follow.
