I have a soon to be 4‑year‑old daughter, Lorelei, who is my favorite person to spend time with outside of work! We love baking together, cinnamon rolls are our specialty, and we have a little Friday tradition of getting a macaron for her and a coffee for me before heading to the park. We also spend a lot of time doing crafts and reading, which makes our time together really special.
I love going to the gym, and I’ve recently gotten into lifting weights and on the days, it is nice out I will take a walk outside and enjoy some fresh air! It really helps me get out of my head when I’m stressed and need to reset.
When I interviewed, I immediately knew this was where I wanted to be. The team went out of their way to welcome me and bring me into the culture from day one. Everyone is incredibly collaborative and genuinely invested in helping you succeed as a colleague.
I’m in a unique position where I don’t work directly with clients on a regular basis, but I do get to hire the people who will help advance our clients’ missions and bring their visions to life. Working with mission‑driven organizations makes the work feel meaningful. You know you’re contributing to something that truly makes a difference.
My favorite re:Members feature is the AMS’s ability to integrate with Power Automate to streamline and automate workflows. This is a game‑changer because it eliminates so many manual, repetitive tasks that consume staff time, allowing organizations to operate more efficiently and focus on higher‑impact work.
My advice, whether for clients or interview candidates, is to always ask the question. Our job as a business and as a hiring team is to ensure you have a full understanding of the work, so keep asking questions, even if they feel silly, until everything is clear.
