Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

We have a 2- and 4-year-old, so they take up most of my non-work time. But I fill a lot of my free time with creative writing—I’ve been writing screenplays for years and am usually filling my lunch breaks or weekends with that writing. It helps to work my brain in a different way, which can often unlock new ways of approaching my work at re:Members.

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

I used to work as a personal trainer, so fitness is a big part of my life. Getting in time in the gym or on hikes, plus things like journaling and meditation, helps to get me centered and recharged.

What do you enjoy most about working at re:Members? What makes it a special place for you?

My favorite thing about working at re:Members is the people and the work culture we have.

The people who work here are passionate, collaborative, supportive, and genuinely love what they do. It creates a fun and inspiring place to work.

What do you find most rewarding about working with re:Members clients? How does their missions inspire you?

Our clients really care about their members and are always looking for ways to help them connect and stay involved. They build these big, meaningful communities that reach across the country (and sometimes even further), and it’s genuinely inspiring to see our team support them in that work.

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

I’d have to say how customizable so many of our products and solutions are. I don’t think there’s any two clients who have the exact same technology. We’re able to cater so much of it to the exact needs, values, and missions of our clients.

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

I love an idea that a Client Success Leader on our team has shared a lot with our clients, which is to come with us with your problems, and we’ll create the solution to answer them. Sometimes people think they need to figure out all the solutions on how they want their technology to operate. But our team gets genuinely excited about problem solving, and often just calling attention to something that can be improved is enough to kick a solution into action. There’s probably a metaphor somewhere in there about life in general too.
