Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

Outside of work, I enjoy getting out on the golf course whenever I can. I also like playing disc golf and Ultimate Frisbee. I’ve always enjoyed gaming as well, and lately I’ve been playing a physics-based hockey simulation called Puck, which has been a lot of fun.

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

I listen to music almost every day after work — it’s my way of shifting into an off-work mindset. I love discovering new music, and my Spotify DJ always seems to introduce me to something fresh. I also have a playlist curated specifically for those end-of-workday vibes to help me unwind and reset.

What do you enjoy most about working at re:Members? What makes it a special place for you?

The people truly make it special. Every day brings something new, and I look forward to connecting with my coworkers — especially now that many of us work in a hybrid environment. We also have internal channels dedicated to hobbies and shared interests, which makes it easy to connect beyond just work. I enjoy being able to share and talk about my hobbies with other enthusiasts on the team.

What do you find most rewarding about working with re:Members clients? How does their missions inspire you?

While I don’t work with clients directly, I support the teams who interact with them every day. Knowing that I can make someone’s job a little easier so they can better serve our clients is very rewarding. Helping remove obstacles and streamline processes ultimately supports our clients in accomplishing their missions, and that’s something I take pride in.

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

I think our DataShare platform is truly impressive. It gives clients a tremendous amount of flexibility and access to their data.

Paired with our knowledgeable team, it allows us to provide tailored solutions when clients need additional support. That combination of flexibility and expertise really makes a difference.

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

Someone once told me to always try to be just a little bit better than the next person — because you know they’re going to work just as hard. I’ve adapted that into striving to be just a little better than I was yesterday. Continuous improvement, even in small increments, adds up over time.
