I’m originally from Dallas, Texas and currently live just outside of Raleigh, North Carolina. I’ve spent most of my career sharing my passion for teaching and learning with elementary students and fellow teachers. A few years ago, I made the switch from the public-school world to the corporate scene. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at a music venue, relaxing at the beach, or playing tennis. Mexican food is my favorite, but I also love exploring new restaurants and cuisines—despite having a few food allergies!
As an educator, it has always been my heartfelt passion to uplift and empower others through education. Our clients truly care about their members and the meaningful work they do, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to serve alongside re:Members in this mission. Together, with re:Members and our clients, I am helping to make a genuinely positive difference in the world.
I genuinely enjoy my role as the Training Specialist at re:Members AMS! There’s nothing more fulfilling than leading training sessions and sharing in the excitement as clients uncover all the incredible features and powerful capabilities the system has to offer. Seeing their eyes light up with understanding and possibility fuels my passion every day.
Quick Pay is my favorite re:Members AMS feature. This feature allows users to pay orders and invoices with a balance due effortlessly, without the hassle of logging into the system. It truly transforms the payment experience, making it smoother and more seamless for our clients in how they collect payments every day.
My favorite motto is, “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” When I work with new clients, I often hear that the system can feel a bit intimidating; like a huge elephant packed with so many amazing features and details. I like to remind them that it’s totally manageable to learn the system if we break it down into smaller, more focused steps. Take it one piece as a time, and suddenly, progress feels much more doable, brining us closer to the big picture.
