Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

I have two children who are the center of my world – my daughter (7) and son (15). I have a passion for the outdoors which is generally centered around activities such as camping, kayaking, bonfires, rock-hounding, nature photography and exploring. I enjoy sharing my passion for the outdoors with my kids at every available opportunity! I also enjoy home renovation projects, thrifting and antiquing – the thrill of the hunt is always worth the time invested! 

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

I enjoy reading quotes from philosophers or writing motivational uplifting poetry, as creative outlets keep the mind sharp. I find that speaking or writing in a positive frame of reference has a way of rewiring the mind and recentering the focus. Additionally, stepping outside on a warm sunny day and taking a breath of fresh air, taking a brief pause from the whirlwind pace of ‘now’ lends well to recharging. 

What do you enjoy most about working at re:Members? What makes it a special place for you?

My favorite parts about working with re:Members are the collaborative, uplifting atmosphere, the sense of teamwork, the clear opportunities for growth and progression and the flexibility of working remotely. These aspects wrap into a nicely bundled package that is ‘The re:Members Experience’ – that is to say the experience of working for a company that truly values its members and demonstrates their desire to have everyone succeed at both the individual and team/corporate level. 

What do you find most rewarding about working with re:Members clients? How does their missions inspire you?

The most rewarding part of working with our clients is the satisfaction knowing my efforts in resolving a given situation truly impacts someone else’s day in a positive way.

Knowing that I can take something off our client's plate and provide a resolution or guidance truly is an amazing feeling.

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

My favorite capabilities of re:Members are the Price Attributes and Custom Fields. These are game changers for our clients because they facilitate creation of a plethora of ways to control access to prices (and products as a whole) –  being able to control access at such a granular level means more control of the overall flow and in effect, the end-user experience. 

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

I would share a quote by Aristotle – “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit”. If we strive to form the habit of excellence every day, we will in effect continue to provide a top-tier product, exceptional client support and unbeatable overall experience for all our clients.
