Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially exploring new places with my two kids. Whether it’s discovering hidden trails, biking through scenic routes, or paddling down winding rivers, I find that outdoor adventures offer the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation. I’m always looking for new destinations to explore and ways to challenge myself physically. When I have downtime, I like diving into tech-related topics to stay up to date with industry trends and advancements that can enhance both my personal and professional life.

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

I take a step back and focus on the bigger picture. Whether it’s a quick walk, listening to a podcast, or brainstorming with colleagues, fresh perspectives always bring new ideas and motivation. Spending time with my family or getting outside for a walk helps me reset and come back with a fresh outlook. Sometimes, simply connecting with peers and sharing ideas can be a great source of inspiration.

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

One of my favorite features is the automation capabilities within re:Members. The ability to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes allows our clients to focus more on their core mission, making a significant impact on their efficiency and productivity.

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

“Success is in the details.” Paying attention to the small things and truly understanding a client’s needs can make all the difference in delivering solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
