I’ve been married for 11 years and have a 6 year old son and 16 year old stepson. I have a large garden in my backyard and love growing vegetables and fruits. It’s very satisfying to eat something that I worked to grow and know exactly what has been used on it. This year I added sunflowers and cantaloupe. I will grow both again next summer. Cantaloupe fresh off the vine is so sweet and so much tastier than anything you can buy in the store. 

Walking and staying active helps me to recharge, feel energized and improve my mental health. I prefer walking outside in the sunshine but walk indoors too. Taking that time to be unplugged and enjoy nature while getting fresh air is very rejuvenating.
