Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

I have a 4-year-old daughter named Rosie, so my hobbies have evolved a bit over the past few years! I enjoy gardening, exploring the outdoors, and running (I’ve completed two half-marathons). I also love watching true crime shows, attending concerts, and reading. Traveling is another passion of mine, and I’m excited to start taking Rosie on trips so we can explore the world together! Fun fact: I used to be a concert photographer.

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

Fresh air is one of my favorite ways to recharge! When I am feeling stressed or stuck- getting outside or going for a walk helps to reset me.

What do you find most rewarding about working with re:Members clients? How does their missions inspire you?

I really enjoy making my clients vision come to life, and working with them to build a solution that truly helps their chapters focus on what’s most important- their members!

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

Our re:Members Chapter Performance (formerly Billhighway) platform has an integration with the client’s AMS (Association Management System), which enables automated access to re:Members Chapter Performance platform for chapter leaders to manage their finances, budgets, spend, events and reporting, while streamlining the officer transition process. This seamless integration also allows officers to view their rosters in real time, ensuring up-to-date information at their fingertips.

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

One piece of advice that has always guided my work with clients is: “Work smarter, not harder.” This motto encourages a thoughtful and strategic approach to challenges, rather than simply putting in more hours or effort. It’s about finding creative solutions, prioritizing what truly matters, and leveraging resources and collaboration to maximize results. By focusing on efficiency and effectiveness, we can achieve greater outcomes with less stress and more satisfaction, both for ourselves and for the clients we serve.
