This role: A day and week in the life…

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce including the configuration, user set up, custom workflows, and integrations. Ensure solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements.
  • Continuously assess system performance and user feedback to implement improvements. Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success.
  • Design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation. Establish the best practices for data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Act as an AMS Platform subject matter expert and trusted advisor. Recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize impact  align with long-term business goals.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders including other members of the Implementation team and the Product team. Act as the voice of the customer with Product to advocate for product improvements and evaluate roadmap decisions.
