Fun facts: I read a lot and have a background in voice-over work and content creation from past lives elsewhere. I love cooking, puzzles, true crime, beach yoga, snorkeling, kayaking, and live outdoor music. I’m also a serious foodie and love to travel and discover new restaurants along the way.
Reading is a big one for me! It gives me a chance to check out of my own reality and escape into something far more interesting. Whether I’m getting lost in a great story or learning something new, reading helps me reset, recharge, and get ready for a new day.
re:Members feels like a sanctuary from traditional corporate America. The people, culture, and policies are thoughtfully designed around real human beings; not just budgets and bottom lines. I’m proud to work for a company that serves nonprofits through genuine partnership, and I think that authenticity is what makes re:Members such a special place to work.
They’re advancing their trades and professions, strengthening their industries, and building something that will benefit future generations. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a small part in helping them achieve that mission.
Should I mention the elephant in the room? AI! It’s such a shiny new object in the tech world, and I’m incredibly humbled by its capabilities and the possibilities it brings to our industry. What impresses me most is the thoughtful and responsible way re:Members is approaching AI. That responsibility isn’t taken lightly, and I’m proud to be part of an organization that recognizes the role AI will play in the future of associations and takes that responsibility seriously. I believe it has the potential to be a true gamechanger for our clients by helping them work smarter, create greater efficiencies, and ultimately focus more of their time on their mission.
I have two ears and one mouth for a reason. Every single day, in every way, I’m here to learn. The more I listen and learn, the better I can understand our clients, anticipate their needs, and ultimately be of service to them.
