Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

Outside of work, I’m a passionate reader with a personal best of 82 books in a single year! I also have a deep love for travel, as it allows me to explore new destinations and connect with friends and family across the country. In addition, I cherish spending time with my five nieces and nephews, who never fail to keep me on my toes as I learn about their ever-evolving interests and enjoy watching them grow through their activities.

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

To recharge, I love diving into a good book! Whether I’m floating in the pool or soaking in a warm bath, reading is my perfect way to unwind and disconnect from the stresses of the day. It’s not only a chance to learn something new but also a way to refresh my mind. I often choose my next book based on how I’m feeling, whether I’m seeking inspiration or hoping to discover new perspectives through the characters’ journeys.

What do you enjoy most about working at re:Members? What makes it a special place for you?

I truly enjoy working closely with my clients and building meaningful relationships with them. I take pride in managing and growing my own book of business, and I’m grateful for the strong support system that empowers me to succeed. The culture at re:Members has always made my experience here exceptional. I appreciate the family-like atmosphere within our teams, and over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of building lasting friendships with my colleagues.

What do you find most rewarding about working with re:Members clients? How does their missions inspire you?

I’m truly inspired by how our clients are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on their members’ lives. It’s amazing to see these organizations helping individuals advance their careers and build valuable connections within their industries. I also enjoy getting to know the unique personalities of each association, which helps me tailor my approach to better support them. When I’m able to help someone save time and improve their processes through our products, it’s incredibly rewarding to know we’re making a real difference in their organization.

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

My favorite feature of the system is the automated reporting. I believe it’s one of the biggest time-savers when organizations transition to using the system. Not only does it eliminate the need for manual data entry, but it also removes the risk of human error that could throw off reports for the entire year. I’ve heard of many organizations still relying on basic processes like spreadsheets, which are prone to mistakes in data entry or formula calculations, making the automated reporting even more valuable for ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

One piece of advice I always keep in mind is: Listen first, and then respond with empathy and solutions.

Building strong relationships with clients starts with understanding their needs and challenges. By truly listening and putting myself in their shoes, I can offer tailored solutions that make a real impact. This approach fosters trust and collaboration, ensuring long-term success for both sides.
